Our policy
We want you to love your Holi products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU law you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required. The product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
- We’ll confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Ship the product back using a tracked service (return shipping is at your cost).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
