These terms govern your use of holicosmetics.com and purchases made through it. The site is operated by Unical Srl, VAT 02080070762, Italy. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as we can make them. We reserve the right to correct errors and to withdraw products without notice. Product images are representative — minor variations in appearance may occur between batches.

3. Orders and contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, in which case we will issue a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card details.

5. Shipping

We ship within Italy (3–5 business days) and to EU countries (8–10 business days). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (EU Consumer Rights Directive). To exercise this right, contact [email protected]. Products must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Faulty products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logo, design — is owned by or licensed to Holi Cosmetics. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of our products or website is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Potenza, Italy.
